Founded by Mr. Mani with a vision to bring global construction standards to Tamil Nadu, our company began with a small team of five dedicated professionals and a handful of residential projects in Chennai.

Expansion
Growing Across Tamil Nadu
By 2010, Mani & Son had completed over 150 projects and expanded operations to Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, and Trichy. Our team grew to 200+ professionals spanning engineering, architecture, and project management.
We entered the commercial and industrial sectors, delivering landmark projects that became benchmarks for quality in the region.
