Do you provide architectural design as part of the package?
Yes. Our in-house architectural team handles complete design, including 3D visualization, structural engineering, and planning approvals. Design is integrated into the overall project scope.

What is your payment structure?
Payment is milestone-based and linked to project progress. We provide transparent quotations with no hidden costs, and regular financial updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Do you take projects outside Chennai?
Yes. We operate across Tamil Nadu with offices and site teams in Chennai, Coimbatore, Madurai, Salem, and Trichy. We also evaluate select projects in neighbouring states.
What after-sales support do you provide?
We offer a 12-month defect liability period post-handover with dedicated support. Our after-sales team is available for maintenance, repairs, and any post-completion concerns.
